Delta Physio
Two audiences. Two newsletters. Consistent newsletter sends — and a full rebrand supported along the way.

Client:
Dr. Norah Whitten, Delta Physio (Formerly Functional Phyzio PT)
SERVICES AVAILED:
Email Marketing, Social Media Management
OUR Role:
Email Marketing Manager
Dr. Norah runs a physiotherapy practice serving two very different patient audiences: orthopaedic patients working through joint, muscle, and movement concerns, and pelvic health patients navigating some of the most personal and vulnerable health challenges women can face.
Both audiences needed email communication that felt consistent, educational, and genuinely trustworthy. But they could not be served with the same content.
That is where we came in.
We built and managed two separate weekly newsletters — one for the Ortho audience and one for the Pelvic Health audience — each written in the clinic’s voice, designed to educate, and created to help patients feel supported between visits.
Week after week, both lists received thoughtful content made specifically for them.

What two newsletters a week, every week, can build over time.
For seven months, we researched, wrote, designed, and sent two newsletters per week: one for the Ortho list and one for the Pelvic Health list.
That added up to 55+ individual newsletters, each with its own subject line, introduction, educational content, CTA, and community section. Every send followed a clear system, but the content was never treated like a template. Each newsletter was written to feel thoughtful, personal, and true to the clinic’s voice.
The pelvic health list required an especially careful approach, with topics like postpartum recovery, menopause, and pelvic floor dysfunction needing both clinical accuracy and deep sensitivity. That care showed in the results, with pelvic open rates averaging above 26% and peaking at 38.93% — well above the healthcare industry average of 21–22%.
Then in January 2026, the clinic rebranded from Functional Phyzio PT to Delta Physio. We supported the transition through eight consecutive sends to more than 5,300 subscribers, helping announce the celebration, the new brand, and what patients could expect next.
The name changed. The voice stayed familiar. The communication stayed steady.
She created beautiful weekly newsletters for my physical therapy clinic and from the first draft I was blown away. She had information that was accurate, written in my voice and engaging. She always worked with me for any feedback I had and made changes quickly. Even my clients were impressed when they found out that I didn't actually write the newsletters!

Delta Physio Group, Founder

From Functional Phyzio PT to Delta Physio.
In January 2026, Dr. Norah's clinic rebranded entirely — from Functional Phyzio PT to Delta Physio. A new name, a new identity, and over 5,300 subscribers who needed to hear about it in a way that felt exciting, not disruptive.
We managed the full email campaign from start to finish. Eight consecutive sends announcing the celebration event, building anticipation, and finally revealing the new brand — all while keeping the same warm, trusted voice her patients had been opening every week for months. By the time the rebrand went live, her audience wasn't confused. They were ready.
Because when you've shown up consistently in someone's inbox for seven months, they trust you when something changes. That trust doesn't happen by accident — it's built one email at a time.
When the clinic changed its name, the inbox was the first to know.
If you're ready to get results and lasting content impact like this, let's talk!
